Montague Gallery was established in 2017 with the mission of bringing contemporary glass to San Francisco. Specializing in museum quality contemporary glass, the gallery represents internationally renowned masters along with significant mid-career and emerging artists. The gallery features conceptual and compelling sculptural work and wall pieces. Carefully selected contemporary paintings are also on view. Local, national, and global artists are presented whose work is in museums and private collections around the world including the de Young Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and Victoria and Albert Museum. Montague Gallery is located in the Union Square area with 3,000 sq feet of beautiful, light filled exhibition space.
