Creativity Explored is honored to present “Ethereal Material“, Ethel Revita’s first solo exhibition. This cohesive body of work reflects her keen sense of pattern, strong understanding of geometric form, and her intuitive approach to color.
With past bodies of work, Revita ventured into mediums such as ceramics, textiles, and papier-mache, often depicting animals and repeating characters inhabiting heavily patterned environments. The nineteen works in Ethereal Material, all completed over the last four years, illustrate a deeper appreciation for the dynamic interplay of color and pattern that have come to define Revita’s recent practice.
