Maybaum Gallery

Maybaum Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in the arts hub of downtown San Francisco. The gallery represents international emerging and mid-career artists through solo exhibitions, a strong online presence, and art fairs. The gallery’s program is centered around encouraging the understanding, accessibility and appreciation of contemporary art.

Maybaum Gallery comprises 2,000 square feet of light-filled exhibition space, as well as viewing space for our growing roster of artists and private clients. In addition to rotating exhibitions, the gallery works closely with clients to build highly personalized art collections.

Christina Maybaum opened her eponymous gallery space in 2018 after 16 years working in auction houses, museums, and galleries in the Bay Area and Chicago. She holds a MA in Art History, Theory and Criticism specializing in Latin American Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, bringing a scholarly context to the gallery’s curatorial program.
