Box Blur | Six Weeks of Dance, Word and Performance, is a series of commissioned performances, talks, screenings and events produced in concert with Kambui Olujimi’s exhibit, What Endures, on view at Catharine Clark Gallery September 10 – October 29, 2016. BOX BLUR is hosted by Catharine Clark Gallery cooperation with several cultural and creative partners: SF Dance Film Festival, Margaret Jenkins Dance Company, Words on Dance, 500 Capp Street Foundation: The David Ireland House, Julia Adam Dance, CCA Hubbell Street Gallery, Mud Water Theatre, and SFArtsED. September 12: Words on Dance: Beyond the Proscenium. Dancers in conversation about performance outside the theatre. Participants: Julia Adam, My-Linh Le, Margaret Jenkins, Amie Dowling and a surprise guest artist. Time: 6 – 8 pm. Price: $75. Tickets.

September 17: Margaret Jenkins Dance Company: SITE SERIES (INSIDE OUTSIDE): A Response to the Work of Kambui Olujimi. Time: 3 – 5 pm. Price: $75. Tickets
