Featuring the works of German artist Alireza Varzandeh and French artist Pierre Marie Brisson, this exhibition explores themes of movement, texture, and narrative.
Varzandeh’s vibrant paintings capture the energy of life with expressive brushstrokes and luminous color, depicting scenes of youth, summer, and leisure. A native of Shiraz and political refugee in Germany, his work blends impressionistic beauty with a documentarian’s eye.Brisson’s layered compositions draw from art history, archaeology, and nature, combining bold patterns and paper cut-outs with a playful yet sophisticated approach. His textured works evoke the passage of time while reimagining timeless forms and motifs.
This exhibition celebrates the unique visions of two artists whose work bridges past and present, offering viewers an immersive experience that reflects on both personal and collective histories, while exploring the dynamic relationship between time, memory, and artistic expression.
